Produce 64-8

1. Select the client from the client list that you want the 64-8 for.
2. From the Tools menu choose Form 64-8. The Form appears with details already filled in from the client's main details.
3. Click the Save button on the toolbar to save any changes. Any saved version will be available in the drop-down list when you next open the 64-8 for this client.
